THE CATALOG
Eight formats. One studio.
Every class is reformer-forward. Every class is taught by a fully certified instructor. Every class is capped small so you get cued, corrected, and seen.
CATEGORY 01
Reformer.
Five formats, all on STOTT reformers. The through-line of the studio.
Dynamic Reformer
Fast, spirited, full-body. Springs, straps, and the long yes of the reformer carriage. This is the class people ask about when they see someone walking a little taller.
Who it's for: anyone with two or three intro sessions behind them. The class where it all clicks.
Restorative Reformer
Slower tempo. Mobility and control. For tight bodies, stressed weeks, and anyone who wants to move beautifully before they move fast.
Who it's for: beginners, injury-returners, and anyone whose Monday would be ruined without it.
Jump & Lift
Jumpboard cardio plus free weights. The class that makes you sweat and the class you'll talk about. Low-impact, high-output.
Who it's for: clients ready for the next level — used to the reformer basics and looking for the push.
Reformer Circuit
Interval format. Stations, timer, transitions. Efficient, punchy, and over before you know it. The 45-minute option for tight schedules.
Who it's for: midday regulars, parents with pickup at 3, anyone who likes structure.
Pilates for Longevity 55+
Clear, safe, strong. Designed by a dancer who knows that longevity is the real flex. Balance, bone density, joint mobility, posture — the things that matter for the next thirty years.
Who it's for: 55 and up, any fitness level. No yoga background required. Start Tuesday.
Pre/Post Natal
A reformer class for every trimester and for the first year back. Small group, fully modifiable, taught by a pre/post natal certified instructor.
Who it's for: expecting and postpartum clients. Join the notify list →
CATEGORY 02
Mat & Hybrid.
The combo class most studios skip. The foundation everything else rests on.
Mat Reformer
Thirty minutes of mat work, thirty minutes on the reformer. The mat builds the base — core, spine articulation, breath — and the reformer adds resistance. Our favorite class to teach the fundamentals properly.
Who it's for: everyone. Especially people who think they already know Pilates.
Adult Ballet, Jazz & Contemporary
Dance was our starting point and it's in the name. We run seasonal workshops — adult ballet, contemporary, jazz technique. Check Instagram @stackedpilatesanddance for drops, or ask Alana directly.
Who it's for: adults who danced once and want back in, or adults who never did and always wanted to.
CATEGORY 03
Private & Semi-Private.
When you want a class built around your body, not the room's.

A full hour, one instructor, your body. Injury recovery, pre-event prep, technique deep-dive, or just focused work when group classes aren't enough.

Semi-Private
You and a friend or partner. Same hour, same focus, split cost. Great for couples training together or two colleagues on the same schedule.
$140/session · pack-discounted
