A FEW THINGS

Before your first class.

Arrive 10 minutes early

Especially for your first class. We'll get you set up on the reformer and walk you through the springs before we start.

Grip socks required

Bring your own or buy a pair at the studio — $18. Non-negotiable for the reformer.

12-hour cancellation window

Cancel 12+ hours before class and your credit returns to your account. Inside that window, the class is used. Life happens — text us.

Form-fitting activewear

Loose clothes and the reformer don't mix. Leggings, form-fitting top. Bring water.
