FAQ
The questions we're asked most.
I've never done Pilates. Will I be lost?+
No. Start with the Intro Special — three private sessions with a certified instructor for $60 total. You'll learn the reformer, the cues, and what your own body is doing. From there, every group class makes sense.
How fit do I need to be?+
Not very. Pilates is for people who want to get stronger — not people who are already strong. We have clients in their 20s and clients in their 70s. Start with Restorative Reformer or Pilates for Longevity 55+ and work up.
What should I wear?+
Form-fitting activewear you can move in. Grip socks are required — we sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair. Bring water.
Where do I park?+
Visitor parking at Absolute World is free for the first hour — enter from Absolute Avenue. Square One bus terminal is a 5-minute walk if you're transit-in.
Do you still offer dance classes?+
Dance was our starting point and it's still in our name. We run seasonal workshops for adult ballet and contemporary — follow us on Instagram @stackedpilatesanddance for drops. The weekly schedule is currently reformer-focused.
Can I freeze my unlimited membership?+
Yes. Unlimited monthly can be paused for up to 30 days per year, no questions. Life happens — we want you to come back.
